Highly accurate representations of what a scheme will look like
AVR0

AVR0

This is the most basic of visualisations and shows just the building outline and massing over the base photo in its correct position. This is usually depicted as a redline graphic.
AVR1

AVR1

This provides more detail with the model (outline and massing) merged into the base photo to accurately show its location, size and degree of visibility taking into account existing features – e.g. where it is and isn’t hidden by existing buildings, trees, street furniture etc.
AVR2

AVR2

This is similar to AVR Level 1 but also includes architectural form and details (extrusions, windows and shapes) and notional landscape treatment – still the same block colour, but with more shape.
AVR3

AVR3

This is the most accurate render and includes building materials (finishes, renders, colours and foliage)

Photomontage & Verified View Creation

When we have all the site information together with a working model, we can begin processing the images and model to create the verified views. These visuals fall into 4 distinct categories – dependant on need and stage of the project. The specific outputs can be altered at any stage depending on the requirements of the client and level of resolution needed.

Accurate Visual Representation Level 0

AVR 0

This is the most basic of visualisations and shows just the building outline and massing over the base photo in its correct position. This is usually depicted as a redline graphic.

This level of render gives a general outline of size of the proposals. It may be used as the first stage in the design process or for outline dicussion with planning departments and stake holders prior to any further detailing.

Accurate Visual Representation Level 1

AVR1

This provides more detail with the model (outline and massing) merged into the base photo to accurately show its location, size and degree of visibility taking into account existing features – e.g. where it is and isn’t hidden by existing buildings, trees, street furniture etc.

This is much the same as an AVR0 render, but gives some site-specific context. It could be used to show how existing surrounding development will work with the outline proposals.

Accurate Visual Representation Level 2

AVR2

This is similar to AVR Level 1 but also includes architectural form and details (extrusions, windows and shapes) and notional landscape treatment – still the same block colour, but with more shape.

This provides a level of detail over the porposals; no longer are they simple block massing but actual buidings giving a clear indication of where windows, doors, access road, etc. will be located.

Accurate Visual Representation Level 3

AVR3

This is the most accurate render and includes building materials (finishes, renders, colours and foliage)

AVR3 renders are photorealistic. The aim is show exactly how the scheme will look like, once built. Materials are accurately represented and lighting is matched with the original photos. Planting, following the provided plant schedule and plan will be shown. These renders are used to present a definitive impression of the scheme.
